I’m not advocating for any elaborate planning system. That’s not how I roll. But I do at least have to see all my “obligations” laid out on paper so I can either panic or relax.

Before we can get to any fun gift lists, or yummy recipes, we have to make sure we are protecting our sanity! This may sound like I’m being facetious, but I’m totally serious.

This is the most important thing to start with, even if you do nothing else.
