Better than movie theater popcorn

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Popcorn Kernels
  • 2 Tbsp Avocado oil
  • 2 Tbsp Grass-fed butter
  • 1/4 tsp Fine sea salt

Equipment

  • 1 Stir-crazy popcorn maker

Method
 

  1. Add cold butter, oil, and kernels to the "stir-crazy" popcorn maker.
  2. Turn on the popcorn maker and place the lid on.
  3. After popcorn finishes popping, sprinkle evenly with salt and stir well.
  4. Serve and Enjoy!

Notes

To pop on the stove top: Place oil, butter and kernels in a large pot. Cover with a metal bowl (as a makeshift lid) and turn heat to high. While wearing oven mitts, hold the bowl and pot and gently shake continuously as the popcorn pops. Once popcorn finishes popping, pour into the bowl and add salt. Enjoy!
