This yummy parmesan garlic popcorn recipe is so scrumptious!

It’s easy to make and so satisfying. Great for movie night or even just for supper (I’m not judging!)

The best way to make this popcorn is to pop up your favorite popcorn kernels in a stir-crazy or on the stove top. Add the butter and oil to the popcorn maker or pot for one less step later on.

Mix together your parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt in a separate dish before you sprinkle it over your HOT fresh popped popcorn. It must be added while hot so it sticks really well!

*Note* If you try this recipe and fall in love (as we have), you can mix up a double or triple batch of the parmesan mixture to keep on hand to make it at a moment’s notice.

The fine textured parmesan cheese works best for this particular application. Typically, I’m a staunch grated only parmesan wielder. But in this instance, the finest texture is best.

Parmesan Garlic Popcorn

Savory, satisfying, and so simple!

Equipment

  • 1 Stir-crazy

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 C Popcorn Kernels
  • 2 Tbsp Avocado oil
  • 2 Tbsp Butter grass-fed
  • 1/4 C Parmesan Cheese fine ground
  • 1/2 tsp Salt fine salt
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning or Herbs de Provence

Instructions
 

  • Mix together parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Set aside.
  • Pop your popcorn kernels with the oil and butter in stir-crazy or on the stove top.
  • As soon as the popcorn is popped, immediately sprinkle the parmesan mixture over the top and stir for even distribution.
  • Serve and enjoy!
